uServe as registered nurses, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, care manager and care management supervisor in aging and long-term care industry (such as long-term care facilities, foundations focusing on the development of long-term care, community development associations, social welfare and health care departments, governmental long-term care service management centers, etc.).

uBe the managers of the long-term care facilities (such as residential care homes, senior care centers, nursing homes, etc.).

uBe the researchers and conduct research on the issues of aging and long-term care.

uPursue further doctoral education and become the academic educators/researchers in the area of aging and long-term care.
